职位描述

· Degree holder or above in structural engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering or related majors

结构、土木工程、机械自动化等相关专业大学本科以上学历

· Minimum 5 years experience specifically related to facade engineering or facade design

五年以上幕墙设计相关工作经验

· Experience in Fa?ade construction company or consultant company is highly prioritized. 有在大型幕墙设计施工公司或幕墙顾问单位工作经历的优先考虑

· Project management of facade projects, effectively manage the time, quality and performance of projects

对于幕墙项目的项目管理，有效掌控项目进程，项目质量。

· Provide facade engineering advice and designs to architects and clients on buildings projects, prepare project reports for clients summarizing key issues and strategically advising on best outcomes

向建筑师和业主提出合理化建议，编制项目报告

· Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.Should be earnest and assertive and have a strong sense of responsibility。
