Qualifications:
1. Foreign architect or engineer with bachelor degree or above, majoring in architecture, engineering ro English;
2. Proficient in communication with English;
3. Familiar with the construction engineering data management rules;
4. Familiar with the archives management system of the construction industry, the collection, sorting, cataloging and filing of project data;
5. Familiar with how to use Office, CAD and special software for data, and be good at analyzing, sorting and summarizing;
6. Responsible, meticulous, patient, good at communication and coordination;
7. Sepcial note: this position is for the foreigners only.
任职资格：
1、本科以上学历，建筑及工程类相关专业的外籍建筑师或者工程师；
2、熟练的英语读写听说沟通能力；
3、了解建筑工程资料管理规程；
4、了解建筑业的档案管理体系、项目资料的收集、整理、编目和组卷工作；
5、了解使用Office、CAD、资料专用软件，擅长分析整理汇总；
6、有责任心、细致、耐心，善于沟通、协调；
