Requirements:
任职要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related major.
平面设计、视觉传达相关专业本科及以上学历;
2. At least 4 years in-depth involvement as a key contributor of graphic, environmental graphics and signage design for a major international architecture firm/interior design firm, or related professional marketing experience in the art and design industry.
至少4年以上在知名国际建筑公司/室内设计公司从事平面设计/环境图案/标识设计的工作经验，有建筑设计/室内设计行业工作经验优先；
3. You excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, enjoy contributing within teams, are able to prioritise, and have exemplary time management and delivery skills.
积极乐观，善于沟通，能够适应高速的工作环境，高效高质完成所分配的工作。
4. Proficient in visual expression, highly skilled in Microsoft Office, Adobe CS, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop etc.
极强的视觉传达表现力，精通平面设计软件Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop,以及Microsoft Office等；
5. Lead the creative aspects of projects demonstrating strong Environmental & Wayfinding design skills and abilities.
能够带领项目在创新方面展示极强的环境和导视标识设计技能和能力;
6. Demonstrated solid understanding of project lead times and the ability to take responsibility for them
对项目从前期设计到交付有深刻的理解，并有能力承担相应的责任;
7. Thorough knowledge of sign structure, functionality, architectural and interior design, materials and illumination potentialities
对标识结构、功能、建筑和室内设计、材料和潜在照明性能等有全面的了解;
8. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects of varying complexities, follow direction and make suggestions when necessary to meet deadlines
能够有效地管理多个复杂的项目，并根据指示在必要提出建议，以满足设计周期要求；
9. Worked along side project Team to produce layouts and designs to be used as visual aids in projects, conveying the client's needs
作为项目的视觉辅助，与项目团队一起进行相关的设计，传达客户的需求；
10. Worked independently on strategic issues with clients, managing complex projects
独立处理与客户之间存在的设计问题，管理复杂的项目；
11. Set up production files in a prompt and timely manner, sending artwork to manufacturers maintaining an opportune schedule
能够及时且快速的制作设计文件，保证设计作品在合理的时间内发送至厂家生产及现场的正常安装。
