华中区设计总监 Design Director of Central China　area

岗位职责：
JD
1、具备较强的方案能力及创新思维；
Strong concept design and innovative thinking capability
2、带领团队完成城市设计和建筑设计的方案设计的全部工作；
Make sure all the
work be finished during the concept design
3、能够对各阶段的设计成果进行全面的审核，确保设计成果的整体质量；
Be able to review
design of all phases, and ensure the overall quality of design
4、对效果图、模型、多媒体、技术图纸、报审文件、汇报材料、相关配合单位及专业的成果进行全面把控；
To fully control the result of
perspective, model, multimedia, technical drawing, reporting materials, related
work unit and professional achievements
5、追求设计质量，积极主动解决实际问题；
Pursue design
quality and solve actual problem actively
6、根据甲方的需要调整、优化方案；
Adjust and optimize
the plan according to requirement of part A
7、能主动对外寻求项目机会，配合商务部完成项目签约；
Be able to seek
project opportunities actively, cooperate with business team to sign project
contract
8、负责对项目组成员的考核、培养工作；
In charge of the performance
review and training of team members
9、完成公司安排的其他事项。
Complete other work arranged
by leadership

任职资格：
Qualifications
1、建筑、规划专业本科或以上学历；
bachelor degree or
above in architectural or urban design
2、从事本专业设计工作10年以上，要求具备知名事务所/工作室工作经验；
engage in the professional　design job more than　10 years, working experience in well-known design
studio/firm is required
3、具备很强的项目探索能力，为各建筑项目带来极富创意的设计成果；
have　strong project exploration
ability to take creative design result for　architectural　and　urban project
4、有很强的项目管理能力和汇报水平；
Strong capability of
project management and high level of reporting
5、有团队管理能力及团队建设经验，引领团队发展；
Team management skill and team
building experience is necessary, develop whole team
6、乐于接受新事物并具有创新意识；
Be open to new
things and innovative
7、具有较强的协调沟通能力，既具有和甲方沟通的丰富经验，具有和其他相关专业及合作单位的协调能力；
Good communication
skill, rich experience of cooperation with part A, ability to cooperate with
other professional and related units
8、具有成熟稳定的职业心态；
Have a stable and
mature career mindset
9、良好的英语或法语沟通能力，有海外留学或工作背景优先；
Good English
communication skill, background of study or work abroad is preferred
