Place Design Group is looking for a Senior Project Manager for its Shenzhen office. In this position you will work closely with the Project Director and play a key role in the whole project process. The candidate should have good presentation skills and be able to clearly explain ideas to design teams and design concepts and development to clients. Excellent management skills to ensure the design team can realize high quality results within allocated times are also required. The candidate will be organized and self-motivated and have a strong ability to problem solve. They will have a high awareness of responsibility and customer focus. The candidate should have a strong passion for landscape architecture and would like to further develop in this industry.

Job　Description:

Play the key production role in delivery of Concept Designs to Design Development, and/or Working Drawing documentation within requested timeframe;

Co-ordinate with Clients, other consultants and builders in a professional manner for projects under your management, including verbal and written communication with all relevant groups, attending coordination meetings and site review as per client’s requests, in order to provide best solutions for technical conflicts with other disciplines and ensure high quality implementation for landscape works;

Oversee the budget, staffing and their associated workloads for the various projects under your control;

Arrange regular project meetings to staff and to keep projects on track to meet target completion deadlines;

Provide support and guidance to Project Managers to help them understand the process of project management as well as company culture, provide technical support to project managers and junior staff, with ability to assist Project Director to review design deliverables prepared by project managers;

Play a key role in client management and meeting client　expectations;

Encourage a positive working environment, motivate staff to achieve high levels of personal performance and cultivate interpersonal relationships – in essence be a leader that others will want to follow.

Requirement:

A Bachelor or above holder in Landscape Architecture or relevant majors, over 8 years working experience and over 3 years project management and team management experience;

Have technical abilities to deliver Design Concepts to Design Development and Documentation works independently;

Familiar with design software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoint, SketchUp, Lumion;

Working　command　of　English　is　highly　desirable.

对负责的项目进行项目人力成本预算控制，对项目组成员工作进行合理分配；

定期安排项目会议，及时了解项目即时情况以确保项目工作的及时跟进及成果的按时提交，并与甲方协调确保项目设计款项及时支付；

带领和指导项目经理熟悉项目管理流程和公司文化，对团队成员配合提供合理建议以保证项目进度，视需要为项目经理工作提供相关技术协助，并协助项目总监对项目进行技术审核；

协助维护现有客户、满足客户的期望值；

营造积极工作环境，鼓励团队成员实现更高自我价值，促进团队内良好人际关系。

任职要求：

景观设计相关专业本科及以上学历，8年以上工作经验，3年以上管理项目及团队经验；

具备独立管理及执行方案、扩初及施工图等各阶段设计工作的专业能力；

熟练使用AutoCAD、Photoshop、InDesign、PowerPoint, SketchUp、Lumion；

在工作中能熟练使用英语。
