任职资格：
1、室内设计本科或美院专科毕业，5年以上知名室内设计企业、外企等工作经验，有海外留学或工作经验者优先考虑；

2、拥有国际视野、良好审美和设计水平， 以主创身份完成过高端酒店、高端住宅、售楼部、商业空间设计等较为复杂项目的方案至施工图设计，有扎实的工地实操经验，熟悉施工流程、细节;
3、对设计和艺术有浓厚兴趣，能熟练应用多种设计软件如CAD、PHOTOSHOP、 SKETCH UP、3D Max、Lumion 、InDesign等； 熟练掌握Rhino、Grasshopper等参数化软件者优先考虑；
4、能独立领导设计小组，具有优秀的设计能力和团队领导力，纯熟掌握精细化施工图设计、细部构造、软装、材料特性；
5、良好的沟通能力、表达能力、汇报能力和服务意识，能独立协调客户关系；
6、有良好英语读写及沟通能力优先考虑;
1、Higher education on interior design, 5-year project design experience, preferably with overseas education or working exposure;
2、International and visionary design sense; as chief designer working on high-end hotel, luxurious house, sales gallery and commercial interior projects, good site 3、experience and project execution techniques;
Strong interest on art and design, with good skills on CAD, PHOTOSHOP, SKETCH UP, 3D Max, Lumion, InDesign; proficiency on Rhino/Grasshopper or other parametric software preferred ;
4、Strong leadership and coordination skills, capable to lead and manage design team independently, proficiency on construction detailing, FF&E design and management;
5、Good communication and presentation techniques and service sense, can handle client relationship independently ;
6、Prefer good writing and oral skills on Chinese/Cantonese/English;
