任职资格：
1. 建筑学学士（或设计类专业同等学历）以上学位；
2. 有在建筑事务所或国内设计院1年以上工作经验，参与过大中型项目设计或竞赛优先考虑；
3. 应聘者须具备较强的独立思考、沟通能力，有手工模型制作能力更佳。
4. 至少参与过1个至扩初阶段设计或竞赛项目，请在作品集中说明工作内容及职务；
5. 熟练掌握AutoCAD， PS， AI， ID，熟悉Revit，Rhino更佳；
6. 应聘者性格热情外向，能够适应公司科学高效的工作氛围和模式，同时有极强沟通能力和良好的职业道德；
7. 在国外有留学及工作经历、并且熟练中英文的双语专业人士优先考虑；已经在中国，能及时到我们事务所面试的申请者将会得到优先考虑。
8. 工作时间：周一至周五 10:00-20:00；

Junior Architect
1.Possess a Bachelor’s or higher degree in Architecture and urban planning.
2.Previous working experiences with large-scale project designs, or cultural building designs will be preferred.
3.The candidate should have strong understanding and rich knowledge of architecture design with great deal of critical thinking.
4.Please present at least 1 previous projects in the portfolio, please be specifics with your role on those projects.
5.The candidate should be capable to use Auto CAD, PS, AI and ID with good physical model making skills. Revit, Rhino is a plus.
6.Can keep up with the fast paced work environment and deal with obstacles and tight deadlines with a positive attitude. The candidate should also be out-going, strong communicator and able to prioritize and multitask when he/she is required to do so.
7.Possess overseas studying and working background with bilingual skills (English and Chinese preferred). We will also give preference to those who are currently in China and available for an interview in person at our office.
8. Working hours: 9:00-18:00 from Monday to Friday;
