任职资格：
1.至少具有8年全职工作经验，且从事过项目管理、团队和沟通的工作；
2.具备出色领导力和个人魅力，有强烈的团队意识以及沟通能力，并且具备时间管理、质量管理和团队管理的知识和技巧；
3.有较强审美和方案鉴赏能力；
4.具备较强的专业水准和技术解决能力，拥有强烈的责任心和职业道德；
5.应聘者性格积极主动，能够适应公司科学高效的工作氛围和模式，能够妥善排序、分配工作，并且处理好工作中各个方面（业主、顾问、设计院、团队、公司内部）的沟通和关系；
6.至少参与过2个以上大中型项目工程实践及实施项目，承担项目负责人职责；
7.能够熟练使用AutoCAD，天正，熟悉Revit， PS, ID,更佳；
8.建筑学（城市规划等相近专业）本科及以上学历；
9.工作时间：周一至周五 9:00-18:00；

Senior Architect
1.Have minimum 8 years of experiences, at least recent 3 years with architectural project management and team management.
2. A great leader, team player, a strong and positive communicator, and particularly skillful in managing time, quality and team.
3. Great understanding and taste in architecture design.
4. Strong understanding and rich knowledge of design and technical specifics.
5. Can keep up with the fast paced work environment and deal with obstacles and tight deadlines with a positive attitude. The candidate should also be out-going, strong communicator and able to prioritize and multitask when he/she is required to do so.
6. At least involved with 2+ under construction/completed projects in past working experiences, please be specifics with your role on those projects in your portfolio.
7. Expertise in AutoCAD， at least; Revit ，Rhino, PS, AI, ID is a plus.
8. Possess a bachelor’s or higher degree in Architecture.
9. Possess overseas studying and working background with bilingual skills (English and Chinese preferred). We will also give preference to those who are currently in China and available for an interview in person at our office.
10. Working hours: 9:00-18:00 from Monday to Friday;
11. once the designer is hired, we will provide the following benefits:
