职位信息：

任职要求：

·　　 Set up project work schedule.

·　　 Complete power related system design during SD, and DD stages，including system single line, space planning, and BOD.

·　　 Instruct electrical engineer to complete power related system design during CD stages，including system single line, floor plan, and coordination with related disciplines.

·　　 Complete electrical calculations including load calculation, lighting level and so on.

·　　 complete system analysis report

·　　 Complete electrical design specification

·　　 Coordinate with the client and the contractor, and deal with electrical change notice

·　　 Complete related reports including site report, meeting minutes, and so on.

·　　 Complete design drawing with AutoCAD or Revit

·　　 Quality control

QUALIFICATIONS：

·　　 Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent disciplines

·　　 No less than 10 years related experience

·　　 Fluent written and oral in Chinese and English.

·　　 Familiar with office software: Word, Excel, and so on

·　　 Able to use AutoCAD, Revit will be asset.

·　　 International project experience will be asset

·　　 Experience in US projects, hospital, and data center projects is preferred

·　　 Experience in CA and commonsioning is preferred

·　　 Able to work independently without supervision

·　　 Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

·　　 Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills

·　　 Excellent communications and learning skills

·　　 Highly motivated and willing to take on new challenges
