Senior Architect
作为团队核心，你将深度参与项目的全程设计及技术管理工作。除了有扎实的设计基础和创意能力，你的逻辑思维和团队管理也将是DP的设计理念传化落地的关键。我们需要你具备以下条件：
建筑专业本科或以上学历
5-8年以上工作经历, 深度参与过大型城市综合体项目的设计与管理
优秀的时间管理与组织协调能力，可灵活的适应快速的工作节奏
熟练应用AutoCAD、Photoshop、Rhino、SketchUp、PPT等建筑相关软件；其中Rhino必须，会 Grasshopper，ENSCAPE（优先考虑），INDESIGN和AI平面软件需要会，InDesign必须熟练
熟悉国内建筑规范与要求，较强的专业技术
具备与业主/合作顾问沟通，以及项目汇报的能力
偏重方案设计能力，优先考虑具备落地项目后期设计与协调工作经验的设计师
能够在双语（中英）环境工作
As a core member of the team, you will be involved in the design, architectural and project management aspects of the entire project. Your strong technical background and design sensibility will be the key to develop design concepts to constructed reality. We hope that you meet the following requirements:
Excellent academic background (min. BArch in architecture or equivalent required)
Have at least 5-8 years of work experience, with roles as a Senior Architect in large-scale mixed-use projects.
Excellent time management and organization skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced work environment
Skilled in design software (AutoCAD Sketchup, Adobe etc) and possessed knowledge of Microsoft Office
Have working knowledge on codes and regulations, technical knowledge in China
Able to independently lead in client/consultant communications and presentations
Strong aesthetic design sensitivity with thorough technical and project management experience.
Fluent in English and Mandarin in a work environment.
