岗位职责：

1、负责暖通的方案设计、初步设计以及详细施工图设计；

2、熟悉工程设计和项目运作流程，具备一定的独立工作能力；

3、熟悉相关的国家和国际标准/技术规范；

4、熟悉可行性研究报告的编制、初步设计、前端设计、详细设计和项目报批支持事宜；

5、良好的团队管理和协调技能；

6、配合其他专业完成相应的设计工作。

Senior/LeadHVACEngineer(Pharma)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Toundertaketechnicalinvestigationsandstudies.
ToreviewEnquiry/TenderDocumentsrelatedtothedisciplineandprepare
technicalproposal/tenderpackageagainstEnquiry/TenderDocuments&
Requirements.
ToreviewthesectionsofContractrelatedtothedisciplineandreturn
commentsandrecommendations.
TopreparethedisciplinesubcontractpackageforengineeringtoDesign
Institute(CDI).
ToattendtheClarificationMeetingwithpotentialCDI.
Toprepareprojectspecificationsandnecessarycontroldocumentation
relatedtothediscipline.
ToprovidetechnicalassistancefortheCompanybusinessdevelopment,
procurementandconstructionactivities.
Toreviewthesubcontractsdocumentation.
ToprepareproposalsandsupportBD.
Toactasamentorforlessexperiencedemployees.
Towriteforspecialistpublicationsandpresentatconferences.
OntheProject:
Toassist,prepare,checkandapprovefollowingdocuments:
HVACnarratives/philosophies;
HVACCooling/HeatingLoads,AirBalanceCalculations
HVACflowdiagrams;
HVAClayouts;
HVACEquipmentschedules;
HVACRoomdatasheets;
MTOdocumentation;
Sectionandelevationdrawings;
ToprovideengineeringtechnicaldirectiontoCDIandmonitorCDI’s
engineeringquality.
Toplanandorganizetheworkofthedisciplineengineersanddesignersof
CDIandtoreview/interviewCDIresourcesinordertotimelycomplete
all
deliverablesforthedisciplinewithhighqualityandcosteffectivedesign.
TosupervisethedisciplinedesigngroupofCDIinordertodeveloppractical
Andeconomicaldesignstoachievetheprojectobjectives.
Toarrangeforthepreparationofalldisciplinedesigndeliverablesincluding
layoutdrawings,detaildrawings,schedules,diagramstoenable
procurement,
supply,fabrication,installationandconstructiontotakeplace.
Toensurethatalldocumentcheckinganddesignverificationtaskshave
been
completedinaccordancewiththecompanyandprojectprocedures
before
formaldocumentissue.
ToprepareTBA’sandtoattendvendortechnicalclarificationmeetings
when
necessary.
TocheckandreviewthedesigndocumentationpreparedbyCDI.
Toprovidetechnicalassistancetotheprojectconstructionteam(e.g.
bidder
evaluation,definitionofthescopeofwork,technicalrequirementsandetc.)
Toprovidedisciplineinputtoleadengineer/engineeringmanageron
aspectsof
identifyingchangesofthescopeofworkandpreparingrelatedchange
orders
Toassistleadengineerorengineeringmanageronprovidingallnecessary
inputs
toprojectcontrolsandreporting.
Maintaingoodinterfacingwithotherdisciplines.
SupervisesandmanagesCDItomeettheprojecttargetsintermsofprofit,
quality,safetyandschedule.
Requirements:
Bachelor(orabove)ofHVACorMechanicalEngineering;
HVACRegistrationisaplus;
>=10yearsHVACdesignexperienceofpharmaceutical/semiconductor
facilities/R&Dcomplex(CD/BD/DD),constructionsupportforvarious
manufacturingfacilitiesaswellasotherindustrialplants;
GoodunderstandingofcGMPrequirements;
Experiencedinengineeringdesign;
Withexperienceonprojectinvestedbyinternationalcompanyispreferred;
Familiarwithengineeringtools;
GoodEnglishcommunicationskillinbothwrittenandoral;
Goodpresentationskillforproposalandmeetingwithclient;
FamiliarwithGBandinternationalengineeringcodeandstandards;
Ensurequalityofdeliverablebyotherengineeringteamssuchas
CDI/EPCM.
He/shewillberesponsibleformakingdecisionontechnicalissueswith
reachagreementprojectstakeholders.
Ifthedecisionimpactstheprojectobjectiveswhichisunderresponsibilityof
projectengineerorprojectmanager,approvalshallbeachievedfrom
accountableperson.
Willingtotravelandworkonprojectsiteisamust.
