Job Responsibilities:
1. Supports Sales on technical assessment, provide basic technical data including initial process description, basic drawing (PIDs, PFD, M&E, GA, etc), and main equipment list and initial budgetary offer.

2. Drives the process and engineering teams to target the most competitive process. Fully in charge of the production of the proposal and cost estimation.
与工艺和工程部门协作，选取有竞争力的工艺路线。全权负责方案准备和项目预算。
3. Contributes to Client’s presentation and negotiations
参与对客户的presentation和谈判过程；
4. Ensures a proper transfer to the Execution Team after the Project is awarded.
当项目的前期设计工作完成时，确保方案完整、妥善地移交至执行的项目团队。
5. Works with the Execution team to prepare the detail process engineering documents
协助项目执行团队准备详细的工艺设计文件。
任职要求：
Candidate Requirement:
1. A good technical know-how in the field of waste treatment, especially in VOCs treatment and waste water treatment. Combustion background is preferred.
对废物处理行业的技术知识掌握，尤其是VOCs和废水处理。有焚烧背景知识的优先。
2. A good knowledge in budgeting including cost components, process optimization, materials selection, key equipment supplier analysis, engineering estimation.
对预算及各个成本组成部分的较好把握，包括流程优化、材料选择、关键供应商分析、工程评估；
3. A good understanding of a project life cycle, starting from RFQ, to signing the contract, until project execution and Final acceptance, the skill in technical presentation and negotiation is a plus.
对项目周期的理解，从RFQ-到合同的签订--到项目的执行和财务收款；技术presentation和谈判方面的经验是加分项；
4. At least 3 years working experience in chemical process design or proposal design
至少3年的相关经验（在化工工艺设计或者方案设计）
5. Be familiar with Aspen Plus
熟悉Aspen Plus的使用
6. Fluent in English with very good written and spoken skills.
英文听说和读写流利；
