- 五年及以上建筑、景观、室内、户外家具设计或艺术品公司或相关行业商务拓展经验。

Personal Background
Proven strong communication skills with clients and internal team. Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
5 years Architecture/Landscape/Interior/Outdoor furniture design or Art Related Business Development Experience.


主要职责：
- 负责中国区域项目开拓及客户沟通工作，包括业务开发、洽谈，为UAP潜在客户进行公司推荐。
- 制定服务建议书，完成投标文件、审核商务合同等相关工作。
- 配合其他部门解决和协调设计或施工中遇到的问题。
- 能适应出差。

Working Scope
New business development and client communication, including capability to introduce potential clients.
Drafting fee proposal, handling tender documentation and review contract, etc.
Assist other departments with resolving problems occurring during the design or fabrication stages.
Able to travel for business trips.
