职位描述


工作职责：
Job　Description:
1. 具体负责公司项目（中国区）的设计及相关工作，包括方案投标、初步设计、施工图设计等；
Being responsible for the design and relevant work of project in China, including schematic design bidding, development design, construction drawings design, etc;
2. 根据项目情况和工作安排，配合中国总建筑师或项目负责人进行设计并向其汇报工作；
Cooperate with Chief Architect in China or project director to carry out design and relevant work and report to them;
任职资格：
Qualifications:
1.建筑学专业本科或本科以上学历在校学生
Student　with　bachelor degree in architecture or above;
2.需熟练使用CAD、天正等设计软件，能够熟练使用Sketchup建模者优先；
sufficient at professional software as CAD, Tianzheng etc; proficient Sketchup model maker preferred;
3.专业英语或法语优秀者优先（需要口语即时翻译及书面文件撰写）；具备境外工作经验者优先，同时欢迎境外人士；
excellent professional English/French is preferred (instant oral translation and written report are required); working experiences in foreign countries are preferred and foreigners are also welcome;
4.能适应国内短期出差或长期驻场服务
can　be　adapt　to　business　trip　in　China，and　maybe　long　term　on　site　service　
备注：
工作地点：武汉（根据工作需要出差，主要在国内）；
Working Location: Wuhan (Business trip in China)
