AREP is looking for a senior architect with strong conceptual and project management experience in transportation projects to join our Shanghai office branch.

Responsibilities 岗位职责：

• Strong project management experience and the ability to manage competing deadlines and project budgets

• Plans and manages the project process from competition to construction detail design.

• Represents the project or practice as the primary contact for client interaction

• Directs issue resolution and enhances project quality in reporting to internal and external audiences

• Collaborates with other professionals to provide innovative and quality design solutions.

• Serves as the main contributor during client meetings and presentations

• Control financials of all allocated projects / Helps project scheduling

• Produces technical and advanced conceptual design studies and develops solutions

Requirements 任职要求：

• Master degree in Architecture

建筑专业研究生学历

• 8-10+ years experience

8-10年或以上工作经验

• Recognized experience in transportation design, technical coordination and/or management

具有运输设计、技术协调和/或管理方面的经验

• Ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams

能够和多专业团队工作

• Knowledge of China codes and construction practices

交接中国规范和施工规范

• Experience or involvement with design of large-scale, transportation projects

有大型交通工程设计经验

• Excellent graphic representation

优秀的图形表达能力

• Effective team player and project coordination skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D modeling (Sketch Up, Rhino)

熟练使用AutoCAD和3D建模(Sketch Up, Rhino)

• Adobe package (Ai, PsD, InD) strongly preferred

• Ability to be proactive, confident and self-motivated with leadership qualities
