资深建筑师 Senior Architect
任职地点：上海
岗位要求：
1.对生活有追求；对设计充满热情，有责任感和团队合作精神；
2.大学本科及以上学历，建筑学或相关专业；
3.3年以上相关专业工作经验，能带教助理建筑师完成设计工作；
4.熟悉项目设计流程，对项目前期的方案设计有较强的掌控能力；中期深化细部及节点的落实能力，后期现场协调并解决工程问题的经验；
5.具有一定项目经验，有独立主持住区或小型公建设计的经验，及协调相关工种如景观、结构、设备等的能力；
6.良好的语言和草图的表达和沟通能力、人际关系处理及陈述汇报能力；
7.精通相关常用软件；
8.英语听、说、读、写良好，能与外籍员工交流；
9.薪资面议。

Requirements:

2.Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture;
3.Minimum of 3-year relevant experience;
4.Familiar with all of the project design process, have a strong ability to control the preliminary of the project, have an implementation of the ability to Further details and nodes in the mid-term，have experience to coordinate and solve construction problems in the late.
5.Have a experience and independent organization to complete some small settlements and public building design; Good coordination skills of related trades such as landscape, architecture, equipment and others.
6.Strong language and sketches of Ideas. Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
7.Skilled in relevant software;
8.With good English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing , good communication with foreign employees ;
