l Organization CSA subcontractor site construction, including material preparation, work statement preparation and approval, schedule, quality and safety. 组织项目土建、结构和建筑施工包商现场施工，包括材料准备、工作方案准备和批准，进度计划、质量和安全等等。
l Work with design lead/local design institute for design issue proposal and on-site implementation. 与设计主管和当地设计院共同处理现场遇到的技术问题，提供方案建议和现场实施跟踪等。
l CSA work interface on-site coordination with project team, like MEP condition prioritization and arrangement, safety and quality alignment for on-site construction work.
土建、结构和建筑专用相关界面协调和处理，如协调移交机电和工艺系统工作面移交、为现场施工顺利进行而进行的质量和安全部门协调工作等。
Requirements岗位要求：
l Bachelor degree or above in Civil & Structure Engineering above 土木工程本科以上学历
l 0ver 5 years working experiences in CSA construction management in industry project. 在工业项目土建施工管理超过5年经验。
l Industry project management experience is preferred. 工业项目施工管理经验优先。
