职位描述

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the management of general affairs in the company, including coordinating internal and external meetings, writing meeting minutes and assisting in implementation of plans and projects.

2. Support the comprehensive management of the company, including business establishment and daily operation, branding, market development, business expansion, investment operation, project implementation, personnel administration and other comprehensive management.

3. Setting up and maintain effective network with local businesses and agencies, participating in business reception, and maintaining a positive brand image.

4. Help to the establish and optimize the organization structure and talent team, and facilitate in talent pool building, cadre management, talent training and team building.

5. Completing other works arranged by GM.

工作职责:

1、协助处理日常事务,包括对接内外部的各项会议,编制会议纪要并协助实施;

2、协助洛杉矶公司的综合管理,包括机构开办和日常运营、品牌传播、市场开发、业务拓展、投资运营、项目落实、人事行政等综合管理;

3、协助建立与当地机构的有效联络,参与外部商务接待,维护公司的良好外部形象与关系;

4、协助搭建、优化洛杉矶公司组织架构、人才团队,实施人才储备、干部管理、人才培养与团队建设;

5、完成洛杉矶公司负责人安排的其它工作。

Skills and Experiences Required

1. Bachelor degree or above in marketing, business administration, economics, human resource management or equivalent.

2. Having both Chinese and American backgrounds is preferred.

3. More than 2 years of working experience, and experience with international company related work is preferred.

4. Good at organization and coordination, with strong sense of responsibility, communication skills, and good professional image.

任职资格:

1、本科及以上学历,市场营销、工商管理、经济学、人力资源管理等相关专业;

2、兼具中美两国文化、教育、从业背景为佳;

3、2年以上工作经验,具备国际化公司相关岗位工作经历者优先;

4、强责任心、擅长组织协调、较强的沟通能力,具有良好的职业形象。
