Team Leader

岗位职责：

Duties：

1、在公司经理领导下，负责公司的项目管理和所属团队管理工作；

1.Under the leadership of the manager, responsible for the management of the company’s projects　and　your　team;

2、负责在本项目内贯彻落实公司质量/环境/职业健康安全方针和总体目标；

2.Responsible for implementing the company’s quality/environment/occupational health and safety guidelines and general objectives in the projects;

3、严格履行与建设单位签订的合同和与公司签订的项目管理目标责任书，并进行阶段性目标控制，确保项目目标的实现；

3.Strictly fulfill contracts entered with the construction units and project management target responsibility documents signed with the company, carry out controls on the phased targets to ensure the accomplishment of the targets;

4、主持设计工作，贯彻以防为主的方针，做好主要项目的技术交底工作，并监督落实；

4.Preside over the designing work, carry out the principle of prevention first, do well in the technical disclosure of major projects and supervise the relevant implementation;

5、对于项目节点、难点情况，做出处理意见，并向总经理汇报；

5.Give suggestions on the handling of project nodes and difficulties and make reports to the general manager;

6、协调好甲方与设计方的项目安排情况并及时向总经理反馈；

6.Coordinate the arrangements made between Party A and the designing party and offer feedback in a timely manner to the general manager;

7、负责协调处理项目部的内部与外部事项，包括和顾问公司的协作；

7.Responsible for dealing with the internal and external affairs of the project department,　including　cooperate　with　consultant　firms;

8、认真贯彻执行国家在建筑行业方面的有关政策法规和技术标准规范，杜绝一切违法、违规的行为。

8.Conscientiously implement national policies, regulations and technical criteria regarding the construction industry, put an end to all illegal behaviors or acts that go against the relevant rules.

9、有轨道交通、地铁上盖开发等大型公建项目经验优先。

Experience in large-scale public construction projects such as rail transit is preferred.

任职资格：

Qualifications:

1、本科以上学历；建筑学专业，或有海外留学经历者及外籍人员；

1.Bachelor　degree　or　above;　architecture major graduated,　or　overseas　study　experience　and　expatriates.

2、5年以上工作经验，具有建筑行业项目管理、项目协调经验，设总经验。

2.More than 5 years’ working experience and experiences in project management, project coordination.

3、有独立操作大型建筑工程经验者优先；

3.Experience in independent operation of large construction projects is preferred；

4、熟悉国家和地方的相关法律、法规、政策及行业规范；

4.Familiar with national and local laws, regulations and industry standards;

5、悉工程项目前期规划、设计工作内容、流程及关键环节；

5.Familiar with the pre-planning, designing, processes and key procedures of projects；

6、熟悉招投标流程、投标文件制作、工程造价预算；

6. Know well about the bidding procedures, the development of bidding documents and project cost budget.

7、熟练操作办公软件，并精通CAD制图；会使用Revit、Rhino、Grasshopper优先；

7.Skillful in office software and proficient in CAD drawings;　the　one　who　can　use　Revit,　Rhino,　Grasshopper　as　a　priority

8、成本控制意识强，有良好的现场组织、调度能力及其他相关管理能力；

8.Strong awareness of cost control, solid capacity in on-site organization and scheduling and other management competence；

9、具有强烈的团队意识、开拓创新精神、高度敬业、责任感强、执行能力强；

9.Strong team spirit, pioneering and innovative spirit, highly dedicated and responsible, strong execution capacity；

10、良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，思维敏捷、语言表达能力强。
