Role Description：
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at China Petroleum Engineering & Construction Corporation (CPECC) in Saudi Arabia. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR functions, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and personnel management on a daily basis.

Qualifications：
Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
Knowledge of HR policies and regulations
Experience in managing subcontractors
Personnel Management expertise
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
Relevant certification in HR or related field
English as working language
