Job description-
• Prefers to be from a LA/ Architectural background.
具备园林景观/建筑相关专业或工作经验。
• Follow Arcadis 11 steps of cash collection.
遵循凯谛思11条款项收集规范。
• Study contracts to understand work stages (to understand specific requirements of invoicing, collection days etc).
熟知合同内容及各工作阶段（需了解发票业务及收款日等特别注意事项）。
• Assist in briefing Client (meeting/ GTM to be held with Project PM) at the beginning of project of standard collection procedures. To avoid misunderstandings, or delays, or unnecessary arguments during project work stages.
在项目开始时协助客户了解公司收款流程（可与项目经理通过会议方式与客户沟通）。避免在项目工作阶段中出现误解，延迟或不必要的争论。
• Assist in tax application with Client. Ensure tax paid by Client to have proper records.
协助客户办理税务相关业务。确保客户正常缴纳税款及取得相关完税证明。
• Assist in fee/ debt collection documents preparation and submission. If certain documents are required to be submitted in person or finance/ debt collecting meetings necessary the personnel should be willing to travel to fulfill the job required.
协助费用/债务收款文件的编制和提交。如异地项目的相关文件需当面提交或参加财务/债务收款会议，则需出差以完成所需工作。
