任职要求：
1. 5-10年景观设计经验，拥有独立负责完成居住区、商业、公共空间、市政类型等大、中型项目的经验；
2. 方案构思能力优秀，创意新颖，能独立完成方案设计，并具较强的专业敏感性和创作思想；
3. 具有较强的方案突击能力与良好的把控力，能同时协调2-3个项目同时进行，合理安排并领导组员工作；
4. 能够在专业技术会议或讨论中清晰、准确、有效地表述专业问题和解决方法，具备良好的与业主、公司成员间的沟通能力；
5. 具备良好的职业道德，团队合作精神，引领团队设计方向的经验与热情，致力于景观设计行业长期发展，有匠心精神；
6. 熟练使用AutoCAD，Photoshop，Sketchup，3Dmax，Lumion等相关设计软件及常用办公软件。
Job requirements:
1. 5-10-year landscape design experience, and independently responsible for completing large and medium-sized projects such as residential district, business, public space, municipal type, etc.
2. Possessing excellent scheme conception ability and novel creativity, able to independently complete the scheme design and owning stronger professional sensibility and creation idea;
3. Possessing stronger scheme assault ability and good control force, able to coordinate 2-3 projects at the same time, arranging and leading the members in work reasonably;
4. Able to express professional problems and solution clearly, accurately and effectively at the professional technical meeting or discussion, and possessing good communication ability with owner and company members;
5. Possessing good professional ethics and team cooperation spirit, leading team’s experience and enthusiasm in design aspect, and devoting to long-term development in the landscape design industry, with the spirit of originality;
6. Familiar with the relevant design software and common office software, such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, 3Dmax, Lumion, etc.
