工作职责
为建筑工程给排水、消防系统提供专业咨询服务；
成为给排水专业主要成员，负责承担给排水及消防系统设计、招标管理和专业质量控制。
能够积极支持并主动配合给排水专业负责人及项目经理执行工作计划.
指导及培训初级工程师。
职位要求：
建筑设备、给排水相关专业本科学历，硕士优先；
十年以上（至少五年在中国）的建筑设备管理经验；
具备专业机构颁发的注册或特许工程师资质；
相关专业技术知识扎实；
具有设计不同建筑类型的丰富经验；
擅长高难度工程的设计，如高层建筑和复杂公共建筑等项目；
擅长招标管理经验；
优秀的沟通和人际交往能力，责任心强；
优秀的中英文会话和书面表达能力；
能承担工作压力。
