负责设计工作中的“创意”部分，能够在短时间内创建引人注目的设计快速识别设计摘要中的要点，并按照项目要求严格跟进团队管理，对任务进行优先排序并合理地将其委派给团队成员有效管理时间，在压力下工作在必要时出差
职位要求
建筑或相关领域的学士或硕士学位3至5年建筑师经验，具备建筑竞赛和大型项目的丰富经验能够有效管理项目和领导团队3D / 2D软件技能（例如AutoCAD，3ds Max, Rhino, Sketchup, Adobe Suite, PPT）和手绘技巧流利的英语沟通能力。口头和书面表达能力清晰，简洁积极进取，自我激励，不断渴望向他人学习和指导
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for creative part in whole design work and create compelling designs within brief amounts of timeQuickly identify essential points in design briefs and rigorously follow them through project productionTeam management, to prioritize tasks and delegate them to team members properlyManage events effectively and work under pressureTravel when needed
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or related field3 to 5 years of experience, with extensive experience on architecture competitions and large-scale projectsEffective project management and team-leading abilitiesWorking knowledge of 3D/2D software (such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Rhino, Sketchup, Adobe Suite, PPT) and/or hand sketching techniquesFluent English communication skills, communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writingProactive and self-motivated, with a continuous desire to both learn from and mentor others请将您的简历和作品集(很重要)发送至recruitment@ndateam.com
