Responsibilities:
· Provide general legal support and advice to business teams as well as other supporting teams, e.g. HR
· Draft, review and negotiate various contracts and legal documents
· Work with business partners at all levels to address issues and risks
· Risk assessment and mitigation to gain greater commercial benefits and ensure the company is protected legally
· Assist implementing the company’s business strategy and policies
· Work with external counsels on arbitration and litigation cases
Requirements:
· 8-10 years working experience in a law firm or in an in-house legal team
· Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, and able to work as a good team player with positive attitude
· Excellent attention to details
· Embrace a fast-paced working environment and able to cope with changes and react immediately to instructions and ability to multi-task
· Mature and pleasant, with good interpersonal skills
· Well-organized, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
