职位描述

主要工作任务：
JD:
1.主导项目的思路及方案制定，承担项目主创的工作. 具备创新能力
Lead and manage the idea and design of projects, undertake
the work of the project manager or chief designer.
2.对上组织与上一级设计负责人的方案探讨及确定；对下组织设计团队的日常工作，对设计进度、成本、人员安排进行灵活把控和调整.
Discuss and determine the design with directors in higher level; organize
the daily work of design team, flexibly control and adjust the design schedule,
cost and personnel arrangement.
3.对外作为公司的技术代表，与甲方进行技术衔接及汇报. 并根据需要，参加部分商务活动及谈判.
As the technical representative of the company, communicate with and
report to party A. Participate in some business activities and negotiations as
required.

技能要求：
Qualifications:
1.985院校或国外名校，建筑设计/城市设计/城市规划专业毕业。
Bachelor degree or above in architecture/urban design/urban
planning, graduated from national key universities or Foreign famous universities.
2.知名事务所或大型设计院5-8年工作经验 。
5-8 years working experience in well-known firms
or large design institutes.
3.作为项目负责人或主创，承担过大型公共项目的设计工作，包括建筑设计/城市设计等.
As project manager of chief designer, have undertaken the design and
management of large-scale public projects, including architectural design/urban
design, etc.
4.具备较强的设计能力、创新能力、方案汇报能力、项目整体把控能力等。
Strong ability of design, innovation, reporting, overall project
control, etc.
5.优秀的草图手绘能力并熟悉各类设计软件的应用（SU、Rhino 、Grasshopper 、CAD、AI、Photoshop......）
Excellent sketching skills and familiar with the application of various
design software (SU, Rhino, Grasshopper, CAD, AI, Photoshop...)
6.能够较快领悟甲方诉求及关注点，平衡好公司领导对设计质量/效果要求与甲方诉求之间的矛盾关系.
Able to quickly understand party A's requirements and concerns, balance well
between company leaders’ requirements about the design quality/design effect and
party A’s.
7.良好的沟通能力及团队协作精神，擅长与国内/外其他设计团队合作进行项目设计. 能用英语/法语进行项目探讨及汇报.
Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, good at cooperating with
other design teams in China or abroad for projects’ design. Able to discuss and
report projects in English/French.
