Roles & Responsibilities
1. Design and plan architectural projects of varying types
2. Lead small team of architects and designers to deliver outstanding architectural projects, under the supervision of the project/design director.
3. Leverage conceptual and technical knowledge to drive projects from concept through build.
4. Resolve complex design and technical issues
5. Maintain high standard of design and technical quality throughout all phases of the design process
6. Produce architectural drawings, graphic presentations, 3D renderings.
7. Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination
8. Support communication between project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and building and permitting officials

There is a requirement for the post holder to adopt flexible approach to work. Job description will be reviewed regularly and where necessary revised in accordance with organizational needs. Requirement
Minimum Qualification: Master degree in Architecture
Years of Experience: 5-8+ years of proven experience as Architect
Other Requirements:
1. Documented experience in multiple phases of the design, with the ability to implement a design concept from preliminary studies through to construction and detailing
Strong conceptual, graphic and design talent, with good awareness of how concepts and integrate design drive a project. Excellent knowledge and experience in Chinese regulations, codes and construction technologies. Strong AutoCAD, Rhino and Adobe Suiteknowledge.Revit knowledge is an asset.
Ability to develop collaborative relationships across the firm, with clients, and with other key constituents Ability to organize both own work and others, and clearly and efficiently communicate with the team members Chinese speaking with good spoken and written communication in English. Able to manage and prioritize tasks and time efficiently Ability to work out design and technical solutions through innovative and interconnected thinking. Ambitious, critical thinker, proactive approach to tasks. Good organizational skills. Knowledge and interest in sustainable design is an asset.
