Role Responsibilities:
1. DESIGN
i) To carry out site planning/ architectural/ urban design concept/schematic design proposals; and to demonstrate a balance of design sense/ market trend/ building code.
ii) To coordinate and take charge of presentation materials, including the conceptualizing and preparation of required storyboard, diagrams and perspectives.
iii) To coordinate with relevant parties and to further familiarise with the procedures of submissions, liasing with colleagues and external partners from the construction industry to comply with design and planning requirements.
iv) To demonstrate the ability to translate concept proposals into design development; and resolve design issues at submission and DD stages.
2. CLIENT MANAGEMENT
i) To participate in design presentation to external parties.
ii) To conduct liaisons and meetings with Clients and overall upkeep of service satisfaction.
iii) To perform client management role.
3. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
i) To participate in business meetings with external parties.
ii) To prepare service/ fee proposal based on clients’ requirements.
iii) To engage new clients.
Education Qualification:
Degree in Architecture, Urban Planning or equivalent.
Relevant Experience:
5 to 8 yrs experience
Professional Knowledge/ Skills:
Acad, 3D modeling and graphics skills
