Responsibilities:
Interpret design brief and communicate with client, to catch the key point of project. Propose design and lead team to develop it. Supervise junior architects on design development. Independent presentation to client, government or expert panel. Continuous attention to new ideas, new materials and sustainable design, with appropriate application.Requirements:
Degree holder in Architecturediscipline. Overseas degree holder preferred. At least 10 years working experience. Specific knowledge of project type ( i.e. retail, office, hospitality). Outstanding design ability Enthusiasm for teamwork and co-operation within disciplines and offices. Skilled in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, Rhino, 3dMax preferred. Or excellent freehand drawing ability. Fluent in both written and spoken English, Mandarin Portfolio required.Location: Shanghai
