任职资格：
l 建筑学本科及以上学历，3-5年大型建筑设计公司工作经历，有较强的后期深化及施工图经验；
l 了解建筑行业内的设计、工程、市场，熟悉国家和地方的相关法律、法规、政策及行业规范；具有良好的职业道德素质和高度的敬业精神与团队协作意识。
l 要求熟练掌握 AutoCAD, 天正, SketchUp, Illustrator,Indesign, Photoshop等常用软件；
l 有参数化设计软件使用经验者优先（如：Grasshopper，Rhino等）。
l 有海外学习及工作经验或外企工作经验并具备良好英语沟通能力者优先考虑。
Qualifications
l Bachelor degree or above in architecture, 3-5 years’ working experience in large architectural design company, strong experience in late deepening and construction drawing;
l Understand the design, engineering and market in the construction industry, be familiar with national and local laws, regulations, policies and industry standards; good professional ethics, high professional dedication and teamwork spirit.
l Skilled in AutoCAD, Tangent, SketchUp, Illustrator,Indesign, Photoshop and other common software;
l Using experience of parametric design software (such as Grasshopper，Rhino, etc.) preferred;
l Overseas learning and working experience or working experience in foreign enterprises with good communication skills in English preferred;
