Project architect
_Above 5 year BArch degree in architecture or related discipline
_Minimum
2 years of working experience.
_ability to lead and manage projects as well as
to work as part of a collaborative team
-Coordinating the efforts of the design and consulting team, providing design and planning input, advising on local codes and construction practices, making presentations to clients and government review committees and/or assisting US design and planning partners in project presentations in China, assisting in collections of outstanding payments.
-Personally preparing and/or directing a team in the preparation of architectural drawings and graphics, coordinating the production of architectural models, renderings and multi-media, assist in marketing and sales efforts.
-Acting as the key project liaison
between the client and the project team (including translations).
_Ability to work with CADD, Revit, sketch-up, inDesign.
