1. Design team direction
设计方向
1.1 Under the design director/team leader direction, carry out concept design and provide suggestions/advice to the director/team leader and design teams.
在主设所定方向进行构思方案设计，并提供建议给项目经理及团队
1.2 Identify and develop the skills of team members and assign design tasks accordingly.
根据设计师的个人特长和能力分配设计任务
2. Design and development 设计工作
2.1 Produce high quality designs which meet client requirements and design standards. 设计高品质方案，达到甲方要求并符合设计规范。.
2.2 Produce design drawings and documents using a range of media.
运用多种方式展示设计成果
2.3 Find innovative design and technical solutions for design problems. 设计攻关，发现具有创造性的设计及技术解决方案。
2.4 Identify, develop and implement design and technical developments - new design approaches, new design software. 确定方案执行中的深化，并领导方案深化的工作，及提供技术支持，包括运用新的设计方法和新的设计软件等。
3. Support the management of design systems and processes协助管理设计体系和流程
3.1 Maintain and help to improve design systems relating to the design brief, design review, design reports and presentations. 维护并协助完善公司的设计标准体系，包括设计要求、设计评审，设计报告及设计文本。
3.2 Carry outresearch for the design needs, preparing documents for tendering purposes and client requirements for particular projects.
进行项目设计所需调研、根据甲方需求及招标要求准备项目文本。
3.3Help toclarify the design brief and the design schedule, developing the design, meeting design deadlines, participating in reviews and revisions of designs.
协助整理设计任务书，制定项目计划表。推动方案深化工作，按规定的时间节点完成任务。参与方案审查和修改工作。
3.4 Follow the systems that deal with specialist areas, such as fire and civil defence. 根据系统要求与地方设计院各专业对接，解决消防和人防等问题。
3.5 Help to ensure that relevant regulations and standards are addressed in the design process (local, national).
协助确保设计成果符合相关规范，到达当地报批标准。
3.6 Carry out the relevant stage of the design for a particular project, for example, research, feasibility, concept, master-plan, schematic. Provide support to colleagues andexternal design companies for the stages they are completing, for example, preliminary and construction design.
执行项目全程各阶段工作，包括前期分析、可行性方案研究、概念方案、总体规划、方案深化阶段。在项目前期和施工图阶段，向同事及地方设计公司提供帮助与支持。
4. Design quality monitoring and review 设计技术管理及配合工作
4.1 Contribute to the management of the design review and quality monitoring process for particular projects.
协助进行设计审查、协助进行设计质量把控。
4.2 Ensure that quality review of drawings and documents takes place before submitting them to external organisations or moving on to the next stage.
在把图纸提交给地方单位，并继续下一阶段的设计工作前，要对图纸质量进行把关。
4.3 Organize feedback and review of design stages conducted by colleaguesand collaborating companies. 整理同事及甲方的设计反馈。
7. General responsibilities主要工作职责
7.1 Complete tasks according to Company policies, processes and work schedules. Manage own workflow and meet deadlines. 根据公司的制度，部门流程，按时完成相关工作
7.2 Take part in training and development activity. 参与公司、部门的培训工作。
7.3 Participate in the staff review and appraisal process. 参与公司的绩效考核工作。
7.4 Contribute to the building of a knowledge bank by summarizing successful and unsuccessful experiences to produce useful case studies. 总结工作中的成功经验和失败教训，并形成案例及知识库。
7.5 Assist with research and the collation of information and material协助进行相关资料的搜集与整理工作。
7.6 Assist with the daily management and maintenance of record keeping systems,facilities and equipment. 协助设施、设备及记录系统的日常维护工作。
7.7 Report regularly on progress to the relevant manager. 定期向领导汇报工作情况。
7.8 Collaborate with and report to colleagues working on the same project team. 与同一个项目组的成员协作并汇报工作情况。
7.9 Assist the Director with other duties for the Company and other departments when needed. 协助设计总监完成公司工作职责并配合其他部门工作。
Person specification任职资格
University degree in Architecture，or master degree
建筑系学士学位、或者研究生
3 to 4 years’ work experience in architecture, including some small design team leadership.
三至四年工作经验，有设计团队小组领导经验的为佳。
Evidence of strong design ability.
较强的方案设计能力
Ability to find solutions to design problems using a range of approaches.
设计思路灵活广泛，.具备设计攻关的能力
Ability to use a range of 2D and 3D design software packages，Rhino and or Revit users would be advance.
能操作一系列2D、3D 设计软件，会Rhino 或者 Revit 更佳
Knowledge and/or experience of all the design stages in the design process.
熟悉各个设计阶段并有经验者为佳
Ability to lead a design team and motivate architects to achieve high quality designs.
具备领导力，能够激励设计团队成员按高标准完成设计任务。
Ability to manage schedules, meet deadlines and ensure that others meet deadlines.
制定合理的项目计划表并确保按时间节点完成设计。
Ability to communicate well across cultures and languages in a team which uses both Chinese and British approaches to design.
出色的沟通能力,能够适应中国和英国这两种不同的设计管理系统
