项目建筑师
1. 建筑学专业本科及以上学历;
2. 有五年以上丰富的实际项目经验涵盖住宅、公建等多个设计领域
3.有独立跟进项目落地、熟练掌握业内规范的能力;
3. 强烈的责任心、良好的沟通能力以及团队合作能力
4. 熟练应用CAD或天正、Microsoft Office等软件;
5. 有国外留学或基本英语交流能力者优先
Project Architect
1. College / Bachelor Degree or above in Architecture is required;
2. Five years working experience, and participated in residential or large public construction projects
3. Excellent project management skills and acquaintance with local practice.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, teamwork spirit;
4. Proficient in AutoCAD (or Tianzheng), Microsoft Office, etc;
5. Applicants with overseas study or fundamental English skill are highly preferred.
