Responsibilities:
Assisting to complete the work of competition, government approver, design development, and construction document.
Responsible for participating in higher level of the design, and ensure the project stays on schedule.
Responsible for coordinating design work with other major/ department.
Responsible for area, daylighting and energy saving calculation and other related design work.
Responsible for compiling the presentation documents at different stages.
Responsible for project design and drawing assignments. Clear, scaled and detail oriented drawing skills is required.
Responsible for proofreading completed drawings and revising the audit option.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or above in Architecture.
Fluency in written and spoken English, CET level 4 or above is required.
3+ years experience in for a number of projects that is realized or will be built.
Superb conceptual, design talent, strong technical and communication abilities and has a proven construction experience of medium and large scale projects.
Strong skills in AutoCAD,Photoshop、Sketch Up、InDesign、Microsoft office and other software related to building implements design.
Responsible, excellent organization ability and capable for team work.
Candidates with awarded projects are preferable.

三年以上多个项目经验；
具备卓越的概念、设计能力，较强的技术和沟通能力，有过中到大型项目的施工图经验；
熟练应用AutoCAD,Photoshop、Sketch Up、InDesign、Microsoft office及其他建筑设计相关软件；
责任心强，具备优秀的组织能力和团队合作精神；
有获奖项目为佳。
