施工图资深建筑师 Senior Architect [长沙办公室]
建筑学本科及以上学历，有施工图经验，5-10年工作经验，一筑优先；
对建筑方案有较好的领悟能力，并将方案思路完好的实施到施工图设计中；
能独立承担所有类型单项工程建筑施工图设计任务（含总图，人防地下室）；
熟知施工图设计流程，对其他专业有较好的认知基础；
对建筑方案有较好的领悟能力，并将方案思路完好的实施到施工图设计中；
对施工图建筑构造有充分的了解；
具备较强的项目管理能力，组织协调好施工图设计各项工作；
工资面议，我们将给与超长沙市场30%的年薪；
Bachelor degree or above in architecture, working experience in construction drawing, 5-10 years working experience.
Have a good understanding of the building plan, and implement the idea of the plan in the construction drawing design.
Can independently undertake all types of single project construction drawings design tasks (including general drawings, civil air defense basement);
Familiar with construction drawing design process, and has a good cognitive foundation for other majors.

Have strong project management ability, organize and coordinate the work of construction drawing design.
The salary is negotiable, and we will give you 30% of the annual salary in the super Changsha market.
