岗位职责：
负责商业地产，酒店概念设计、规划、可行性报告，组织并编制政府规划报建的设计文件及建筑分析等报告；
In charge of commercial real estates, hotel concept design, planning, Feasibility Study Report,
Preparing and edit the planning documents/drawing/report to local authorities;
新型建筑项目的建筑设计，外立面设计，室内设计，3D制作与渲染；
Creative architecture building design, facade design, interior design, 3D model and rendering;
建筑建造与安装阶段提供所有建筑、装饰相关的技术支持，绘制建筑项目实施的所有建筑图纸的扩初及深化设计;
Provide architecture, interior design support during the period of construction and installation.
Preliminary design and detail design required
负责竣工图的绘制与编制
Be responsible for as-built drawing once the project finished and closed.
系统梳理全球范围新型建筑科技与新型建筑材料的发展趋势，并引入到公司的建筑设计及供应链体系中
Study and update the latest and the most popular and creative architecture technology and future construction material, bring the latest future building technology to our building design system and supply chain.

Experienced in small scale of building, accessorial building, creative space, boutique hotel, Deep design experience FROM A TO Z independently.
有强烈意愿了解并学习未来建筑科技
Be enthusiast to study the further building technology
建筑相关专业本科及以上学位；
Bachelor degree of architecture and related fields or above;
五年以上相关建筑设计及施工安装工作经验，并有独立负责设计及编制项目的成功经验；
Over five years working experiences in architecture design, construction and installation, have successful experience of organizing, design by one’s own;
精通Sketch up，AutoCAD，精通Photoshop等平面设计软件；熟练使用3Dmax，熟练使用Revit等3D图形处理及辅助软件;
Sufficient in Sketch up, AutoCAD, Photoshop and related design software, frequent user of 3Dmax, Revit and other drawing and design software;
对AR/VR抱有激情，有相关技术实施经验为佳;
Show great interest in AR/VR，related knowledge and experience is a plus;
生活态度乐观，抗压能力极强，深度学习能力极佳，创意为上。
Optimistic, be able to work under pressure. Deep learning and creative is a plus.
