项目经理Project Manager
基本要求：
*在团队合作中能够通力协作，全力以赴。
*具有成本估价分析、计划项目进度的能力。
*与顾问公司合作确保概念设计与法规相符。
*保证项目按计划进行同时完成各种文件的收发。
*增强公司形象和发展市场机会。
教育要求和工作经验
*室内设计专业
*7-10年实际管理中大型项目的工作经验。
**持有PMP证书或一级建造师者优先
工作方面的要求：
*熟知酒店，商业和高端住宅等室内工程施工。
*非常了解与室内设计有关的材料和施工方法。
*能够准确解读施工图。
*熟知建筑系统和当地法规。
*会使用AutoCAD.
*熟练使用微软办公软件及微软项目管理软件。熟悉项目计划软件者优先。
*具有掌控项目的进度和预算的能力，在项目中懂得安排工作的优先次序和承担不同的责任。
*熟悉政府定价系统
*很强的沟通能力，英文说、写能力强。

Coordinate other consultants to ensure code and concept design compliance Coordinate work to ensure timely and complete submission of documents. Increase firm's profile and to develop marketing opportunities.
Required Education & Work Experience
Diploma or Degree in Interior Design Grade A Construction Management License 7 – 10 years working experience in project management of medium to large scale interior construction projectsRequired Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Good knowledge of the design industry – hospitality, commercial & high end residential interior construction Strong knowledge of materials and construction methods related to interior design. Good understanding of construction drawings Good knowledge of building systems and local codes Basic AutoCAD skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project Ability to prioritize and manage diverse responsibilities within the schedule and project budget.
