1. 数据分析。
2. 协助进行区域产业规划、概念规划、开发策略工作，分析市场与客户群体，塑造与提升区域价值。
3. 开展市场研究、产业定位与组合等。
4. 制定产业发展计划和战略。
5. 协助政府制定区域开发的管理政策，并通过管理手册培训落实。

l Analyze data.
l Assist the regional industrial plan, masterplan concept, development strategy, analyze market segment and target client to build and increase the regional value.
l Lead market research, industry positioning and portfolio.
l Formulate the industrial development plan and strategy.
l Assist government to make the regional development policy, and to guide the implementation by management manual.
