（1）负责工业与民用暖通动力系统的现场安装，设计联络管理；To be responsible to manage design coordination and HVAC installation of the industrial and commercial HVAC equipment and system.
（2）负责起草制定暖通动力系统的安装规范和施工管理方案；To be Responsible for HVAC installation guideline development, technology selection and constructability evaluation.
（3）负责HVAC系统的安装方案审查和现场管理；To be responsible for HVAC installation plan review and site installation management
（4）负责暖通动力安装的计划和进度管理；To be responsible for Project Planning & Schedule management of HVAC installation.
（5）负责管理和机电安装对接的现场协调；To be responsible for interface management with other disciplines.
（6）负责工业与民用项目的空调系统、通风系统、工业制冷机组安装和调试；To be responisble for installation and commissioning of ventilation, air-conditioning system, refrigiration system.
Mechanical Engineer Job Responsibilities:
Job Purpose:
- Providing technical advice, support and supervision on the design, engineering and construction for the following mechanical systems of the buildings:
· Ventilation and air condition
· External and internal gas supply system
· Water supply and sewage systems
· Heating and steam systems
· Waste water treatment plant
· Sprinkler and fire protection systems
- Staying up to date with the latest codes & standards.
- Maintaining good customers/consultants relationship.
- Continuous follow up with the Head of Design team & Project Engineers to ensure that the Team’s targets are achieved.
- Efficient review of Mechanical systems design
- The provision of sound and reliable technical advice.
- Efficient review of material submittal.
- Inspection of Work progress and quality of the works performed.
Mechanical Engineer Job Duties: Main Tasks & Responsibilities: - Review designs of above mentioned mechanical systems submitted by Designer and Contractors and make sure that they are as per the latest standards - Ensure that purposed designs are in compliance with the latest energy efficient design criteria. - Propose alternative design solutions to render the projects viable and within allocated budget. - Incoming control of material, tools and equipment submittals for mechanical system, checking supplier documentation for them. - Review the payments related documents for mechanical system - Review the progress of the mechanical works at site. - Inspect the quality of the works and make sure it is as per quality standards and requirements. - Issue prescriptions for incompliance and checking of their elimination, signing proper acts of acceptance. - Participation in committee for the acceptance of competed works with signing proper acts of hiding works and acts of acceptance. - Development of the punch list for non-completed or non-acceptance works and following of elimination - Coordination of the works with authorities for acceptance of completed works - Reporting Mechanical Engineer Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Over 5 years experience as a Mechanical Engineer in construction
One or more completed construction project on the position of mechanical engineer
Good knowledge in Quality control and Safety
Special Skills / Attributes required for the Job:
- Chinese native
- A good knowledge of written and spoken either English or
Russian is required.
- A good knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD and
Engineering project planning software are required.
