Responsibilities：
? Manages the Submittal process.
? Manages the Request for Interpretation (RFI) process.
? Works closely with the project planner to ensure all Submittals are submitted in accordance with the project schedule.
? Works closely with the Project Engineer and to ensure Submittals and RFIs are reviewed and responded on a timely basis.
? Manages the in-field engineering activities of the Project.
? Responsible for collecting and processing technical information between the contractors and the Project team.
? Focal point for collecting and processing Correction Notices to the contractors.
? Participates in all design issues to ensure the best working practices and constructability processes are used.
Requirements：
- Bachelor Degree or above in HVAC, Civil or related area is required
- Fluent English/Mandarin Language skills are must
- Familiar with local and international code, standard regulation and its implementation
- Working location depends on project needs
