Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for project design and architectural planning for all kinds of lightweight steel structure and prefabricated buildings.
2.Communicate and coordinate with client, consultant, and contractors related to daily design operation.
3.Review shop drawings, project submittals etc.
4.Provide design solutions and making sure That projects are within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
5.Lead design department, and train designers.
Requirements:
1.Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree. Majoring in Engineering or equivalent.
2.Minimum 3 years similar working experiences in similar manager positions.
3.Proficient in major 2D and 3D design software. Such as AutoCAD, Sketch up, SolidWorks etc.
4.Engineering analysis, structure calculation analysis. Lead material list, quantity, and construction method statement.
5.Detail-oriented, exceptional abilities to multi-task.
6.Having good communication skill and leadership personality.
7.Ability to work under pressure. Design problem solver.
8.Fluent in written English, basic in speaking English.
9.This job requires working in Jakarta, Indonesia. Company provide accommodation and Visa.
