工作职责：
从事建筑师及团队的设计辅助工作
The Assistant Architect is responsible for supporting the design works of the architecture and design team.
任职要求：
• 建筑学及其相关专业本科及以上学历；
• 掌握较好的设计和制图能力；
• 对建筑设计相关的规范、法规有一定掌握；
• 能够有计划地独立完成自己的本职工作，有强烈的责任感和上进心；
• 具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
• 个性特征： 积极主动、刻苦，忠于职守；
• 工作经验： 具有两年以上的建筑设计从业经验；
• 语言：英语熟练，具备口头交流的能力；(良好中、英文口头和书面沟通技能；)
• 软件：能熟练操作CAD、Rhino、Revit 、Photoshop、Illustrator等绘图软件，会操作Power point等演示工具；
• 具有境外学习、工作或外企工作经验者优先考虑。
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in architecture or closely related fields
• Certain amount of design and drawing capabilities
• Grasp of Chinese architectural design code and regulations
• Complete own duties independently and have a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• Personality traits: proactive, hardworking, and dedicated
• Work experience: more than 2 years’ experience in architecture design
• Language: Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
• Software: CAD、Rhino、Revit 、Photoshop、Illustrator are essential; knowledge in PowerPoint necessary
• Overseas study and work or previous experience in a foreign company is preferred
