Responsibilities:
Lead domestic and international project teams on land-based development
consultancy projects
Research local and regional economic issues.
Provide
consultative services to governmental and non-governmental agencies regarding
new town planning, urban and rural regeneration.
Provide development
recommendation and strategies for commercial, residential and tourism
projects.
Financial feasibility and profitability studies.
Propose
solutions to issues such as labor markets, education and skills, deprivation and
social inclusion, inward investment and business development.
Draft and
prepare reports based on project outcomes.
Play a key role in marketing and
business development of new opportunities, including conducting client
presentations.
Client management.
Project management for small to medium
sized projects, including ensuring deadlines are met, financial management, and
staff management.
Requirements:
Master degree in Economics, Real Estate / Land Management, Urban Planning or
property related discipline.
5-10 years’ relevant consulting experience,
preferably with a developer or real estate consultancy.
Relevant experience in tourism, real estate development, industry planning or
infrastructure economics.
A strong sense of commitment, a willingness to
learn more and a desire to work in a dynamic, deadline driven team
environment.
Native madarin speaker.
Analytical, good
numeric skills and experience with social-economic data analysis, and
detail-oriented.
Experience of report writing.
Good writing and oral
communication skills both in English and Mandarin.
Working knowledge of Word,
Excel, Power Point, etc.
