职位描述

Responsibility:
1.Lead project team and manage project by following defined project process and system, ensuring successful project completion and handover within specified timeframe, stipulated budget and with high quality;
2.Carry out the projects with assessing tendering, negotiating contract, assembling project team,
monitoring site activities and achieving project deliverables;
3.Serve as the key contact for communication and coordination efforts regarding project scope, planning, scheduling, field start-up, manufacturing status, installation and maintenance, defect rectification, variation issues;
4.Support the project team throughout the progress of the project; Train, guide and mentor project team members as required.
Requirements:
1.Degree of Civil Engineering, Construction management or M&E Engineering
2.At least 7 years of relevant work in civil engineering, M&E engineering and construction management
3.Familiarity with government approvals process;
4.Competent in both written and spoken English;
5.Ability to understand commercial;
6.Be able to travel.
