职位描述

岗位职责：
BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Zhanjiang Verbund Site Project would be BASF’s largest investment with up to US$10 billion upon completion and would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would ultimately be the third-largest BASF site worldwide, and will be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the latest digital technologies and applying the highest safety standards.

Main Task

1. Responsible for providing technical service management & support for whole site rotating equipment, providing expertise assurance and consulting for the reliable operation of rotating equipment, including PM/PdM, RCA, FMEA, WI, spare parts management and so on.
2. Take the role of maintenance activities preparation such as resource planning, work method statement, job safety analysis, material/spare parts preparation.
3. Provide the support to develop the team such as delivery the training to technicians, field inspection for quality insurance,
4. Provide technical support to reliability engineering in project phase to implement reference study, critical HDRE FMEA, develop equipment care and spare parts strategy via reliability methods.

任职要求：
Requirements

1. Bachelor degree and above in mechanical engineering.
2. Above 10 years\' experience in the chemical plant and at least 8 years working in rotating equipment discipline.
3. Profound Knowledge in petrochemical/chemical field & central maintenance and its methods, program management.
4. Familiarity with the basic investigation tools and techniques like RCM, RBM, FMEA is an added value.
5. Familiar with rotating industry specification, rich experience in rotating equipment management, troubleshooting…
6. Communication and collaboration skills.
