Responsibilities:
• Lead the project team to provide recommendation for commercial，residential, tourism projects , and supply consultative services on financial feasibility and risk assessment.
• Be responsible of technical support and control.
• Conduct presentation for clients and develop potential business opportunities.
Requirements:
• Master degree in Economics，Real Estate，Planning or property related discipline, 5 years’ relevant consulting experiences or above.
• Relevant experiences in leading domestic or international real estate consulting firms(especially CBRE/ C&W/Colliers/JLL/Savills ）; Previous experiences in real estate investment finance.
• A strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn more, the initiative to communicate with interdisciplinary team cooperation and a desire to work in a dynamic deadline driven team environment.
• Good logical and numerical analysis skill；Previous experiences in analyzing social-economic problem or in conducting financial plan for projects
• Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin and English essential. Excellent communication and writing skills are a must.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office essential.

• 强烈的责任心，求知欲及跨领域团队合作及沟通能力，适应于高强度、项目运作型的工作环境。
• 良好的逻辑能力及数字分析能力，注意细节，具备对社会经济问题的分析经验，对开发项目的财务投资测算经验。
• 具备出色的语言沟通和写作能力（中英文听说读写）。
• 较强的办公类软件使用技能。
