1-Minimum bachelor degree in Architecture;
2-3 years of working experience in the related field, management of medium and large scale projects from concept scheme to expanded preliminary design independently;
3-Having excellent theoretical basis in urban planning;
4-Having strong project invention ability, control ability and oral and written communication skills;
5-Good at communicating with others, in teamwork spirit and having a good learning capacity;
6-Good skills in AutoCAD , MS Office, Sketch up, Photoshop, etc
7-WILL a little Chinese,has to do in China after project is preferred.

1、外籍人士，建筑专业本科或以上学历；
2、从事本专业技术设计工作2-3年；
3、具有本专业比较扎实的理论基础；
4、具有较强的项目创作能力、控制能力及表达能力；
5、具有良好的沟通学习能力及团队协作精神；
6、熟练掌握计算机绘图技术及其他基本计算机工作软件；
7、会少许中文，已在中国做过项目者优先；
