DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
工作职责
Draw, review, modify and develop architectural drawings to meet high quality standards and client specifications under the supervision of the project leader.在项目负责人的指导下，绘制、审查、修改和深化高质量并契合客户要求的建筑图纸。
Guarantee that architectural drawings comply with Chinese regulations and codes.确保建筑图纸符合中国法规及本地规范。
Develop solutions to technical problems.解决技术相关问题。
Maintain and manage architectural drawings, documents, and other related data in an organized manner.系统化维护和管理建筑图纸、文件和其他相关数据。
Ensure completion of architectural projects within the time limits.确保按时并在规定时间内完成建筑项目。
REQUIREMENTS
基本要求
bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field.建筑学或相关专业本科及本科以上学历，
1-3 years of professional experience working in schematic design and design development stage.1-3年方案及扩初设计阶段的专业经验。
Excellent ability to develop functional architectural drawings and details. Ability to develop architectural solutions through innovative thinking.有很强的绘制技术性建筑图纸及深化设计的能力，以及通过创新思维在建筑设计中找到解决方案的能力。
Experience in residential and commercial architectural projects. Rich experience in residential type design is an asset.住宅和商业建筑项目经验。有较丰富的住宅户型设计经验者优先。
Written and verbal communications skills in Mandarin and English.较强的中英文书面和口头沟通能力
Excellent knowledge and experience in Chinese regulations and codes.在中国法规和规范方面有较强的知识储备和丰富经验。
Good communication skills.良好的沟通能力。
Strong AutoCAD and 天正 knowledge.Knowledge in Rhino and Adobe Suite in an asset.
精通AutoCAD和天正。熟练使用Rhino和Adobe Suite等软件者优先。
