独立或领导团队完成设计项目。负责项目的管理和运作，及时跟进项目，控制项目进度。预估项目风险，确保预算和成本得到控制。设计工作：协助解决城市规划项目中复杂的技术/设计问题。有效沟通客户与团队成员协助商务部收集和支持相关业务事宜职位要求城市规划专业，学士或硕士学历。城市规划相关经验：4到7年。有相关项目管理经验。熟知中国相关法律法规，熟知和理解修建性详细规划的规范。能够用英文和中文进行清晰和简明的口头和书面交流。注册城市规划师更佳
Job Responsibility:

Urban planning major, bachelor or master’s degree.Urban planning related experience: 4 to 7 years.
