任职资格：
1.规划设计相关专业本科或以上学历
2.拥有2年以上工作经验，能够承担不同种类项目（控规、城市设计、专业规划等）的规划设计工作，熟悉国家相关设计规范，法定规划等
3.较强的方案设计能力和沟通能力,有责任心
4.熟练使用AutoCAD、天正、Photoshop 、Sketch Up等相关软件，有良好的设计领悟力，较强的手绘表达能力
5.要求能和甲方独立沟通，能在压力下工作
6.简历中需要提供以往设计作品集，没有作品集将失去面试资格
